How do I track my order?

We strive to process and ship orders promptly within 1–2 business days of placement. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking details in that email, or by visiting the Track & Trace page in the menu on our website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please note that during periods of high demand or production, delivery times may be longer. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our email support team.

How do I make a return?

How long will it take to receive a refund?

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@morleylondon.com. Once your return is accepted and received, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Returns are sent directly to our warehouse for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days after the return has been processed. You’ll receive email notifications once your return is processed and the refund is issued.
